At Richi Chicken, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we serve freshly prepared food items from our food truck, we follow a clear return & refund policy:

Freshness Guarantee

All our meals are cooked fresh. If you receive food that is not up to our quality standards (spoiled, undercooked, or damaged packaging), you may request a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
  • Issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery/pickup.
  • Once food is consumed, refunds or returns are not possible.
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required for online orders,
Non-Returnable Items
  • As food is perishable, we do not accept returns once the food has been delivered/accepted.
  • Drinks, sauces, and side orders are non-returnable.
Refund Method
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of cash payments, we may provide replacement meals or discount vouchers instead of cash refunds.
