I started Richie Hot Chicken for a simple reason. I couldn’t find fried chicken that tasted the way I remembered it should.
The kind you smell before you open the box.
The kind with a real crunch, juicy meat, and flavor that does not disappear after the first bite.
Too much chicken today is rushed. It is seasoned at the last minute, cooked ahead of time, and served without care. I wanted to slow it down and do it the right way.
That is why at Richie, every piece of chicken sits in our house marinade for 24 hours. Not because it sounds good, but because time is what gives flavor depth. When you bite into our chicken, the seasoning is there all the way through, not just on the surface.
We fry everything fresh when you order. Wings, tenders, and bone-in pieces go into hot oil and come out golden and crispy. No heat lamps. No holding trays. If it is not right, it does not leave the kitchen.
Our tenders get the same care. They are thick, crispy, and served with Richie Sauce, made in-house because good chicken deserves a good dip.
